Together, we will use the interview to find ways of coping with, or identifying the causes of your difficulties. I offer a safe environment in which you can confide any problem. I offer you empathy and understanding. I will not evaluate you and your life in any way, nor determine what you “have to” do. We work together as partners. I do not act as an authority or expert in the client's life. Our meetings are absolutely confidential.

I am working long term with most of my clients. The frequency of sessions is usually once a week. The number of sessions to overcome your difficulties is individual and depends mainly on how big your difficulties are. I will be happy to tell you more information about the way I work at our first session or individually over the phone.
I offer counseling sessions both in person in Prague and online, where you can connect with me from anywhere in the world through Skype. This option is usually used by clients who don’t live in Prague.
